Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Some items cannot be returned, including opened or used products, items restricted for hygiene reasons, sale or clearance items, and digital downloads or gift cards.

To request a return, please email hellobloomieuk@gmail.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or a refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
