Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and ensure they arrive safely. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, though during busy periods such as sales, holidays, or restocks, processing may take slightly longer.

For UK Mainland orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders over £30. Standard delivery (2–4 business days) costs £3.95, while express delivery (1–2 business days) costs £4.95. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your cart.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available. If a courier cannot deliver your parcel and it is returned to us, we can resend it once additional postage is paid. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to the wrong address. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at hellobloomieuk@gmail.com, and we will help investigate the delay with the courier.
